2. License
Upon purchase, you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the data for:
- Personal use (backtesting, research, education)
- Commercial use (trading systems, client projects, products)
- Internal business use
You may NOT:
- Resell or redistribute the raw data files
- Share download links with others
- Claim the data as your own product
3. Digital Delivery
Data files are delivered via email download links. Links expire after 24 hours but can be re-sent upon request. All sales are final upon delivery of working download links.
4. Refund Policy
7-Day Refund Window
If the data files are corrupted or fail to download, contact us within 7 days for a refund. Due to the digital nature of the product, refunds are not available once data has been successfully downloaded.
